Last weekend Quacky and I attended the Haute Dog HOWLoween event. The event is hosted by the same young man that hosts the Turkey Trot run that I run on Thanksgiving morning. If you haven’t met Justin Rudd or attended one of his events (www.justinrudd.com), you’re missing out on getting to know a fantastic person. Justin is one of the nicest, most generous individuals I have ever met in my life. He is so involved in our community and he puts on fabulous events that give back to it. The man is SURROUNDED by people that want a piece of his time at any of his events, but he always manages to take the time to talk with each person (even if it’s just a matter of seconds) and somehow makes them feel like they are the most important person there. He holds his own dog-friendly events yet he still took the time to serve as the Grand Marshall of our care center’s Wag ‘n Walk. He’s just amazing.
Here are some photos that I took on Sunday. I’ll try to post some more sometime this weekend. There were so many great costumes and most of the dogs seemed to enjoy it. :)

Thanks for including the big dogs that didn't have the "fancy" costumes, but were there having a great time like my big bumble bee SnickerDoodle.
